I first saw this Gareth Pugh ,I guess, dress on Kim Kardashian from a shoot she did for her calendar(american apparel swimsuit underneath)... Amber was spotted in Paris at mens fashion week wearing it with a Rick Owens coat. I like the look on both ladies but im feeling it more on Kim K.
